Windermere House Muskoka Wedding | Maggie & Jeremy
Windermere House is a grand and gorgeous hotel in the heart of Muskoka, Ontario. It's the perfect place for a serene Muskoka Wedding. The long view and cool breeze coming off the water of Lake Rosseau creates a wonderful little scene, and I was reminded of how lucky I am to play a part in a day as big as this for my couples. The long drive to be there was more than worth it. I was in great company.
Maggie and Jeremy decided to invite their families and closest friends to join them in tying the knot on the hotel known as the 'lady of the lakes' front lawn, rain or shine - which we were treated to a bit of both. I was given the title of top bracebridge wedding photographer from some of the locals, and later guests came from all over the country and danced. Friends could be found all across the grounds beneath a gorgeous, and clear night sky. With a surprise show of fire-works, Maggie's mother set the evening ablaze, and I managed to capture a few frames. My images don't nearly compare to standing among everyone out on the grass, looking up to watch the night sky loudly light up. I was chatting with a bracebridge wedding photographer and he told me every event at Lake Rosseau is d-y-n-a-m-i-t-e, and he wasn't wrong about that.
